Cup Fiction

This post has been long overdue. We went to Cup Fiction on May 26, 2017 to check out Saab Magalona‘s coffee shop. It was a rainy evening and Ino and I were freshly married then. I think he was feeling generous at that time, so when he asked me where I want to go I told him I want to go to Cup Fiction. Then we went. I was hoping to meet Saab Magalona at that time, but I think she was out of the country. I’ve been looking forward to visiting this place because I’ve been a reader of…

K-RIBBON SELECTION

This was taken on November 5, 2016. We were just strolling at the mall when we saw this mini-exhibition at EDSA Shangri-La Mall.     Some Korean traditional clothes were featured in the exhibition. They also featured some free tastes for some Korean dishes like Bibimbap and Bulgogi. I hope you enjoyed the pictures. These were taken on my Sony Cyber-shot DSC-WX350.     The traditional Korean clothes   The traditional Korean handicraft   The K-Food Open Kitchen   The VR Zone   The exhibit

Asia Pop Comic Con 2016

I totally forgot when we went, but I think it was on a Saturday, August 28, 2016. Ino reserved some tickets ahead of time for the Asia Pop Comic Con 2016 and I’m quite elated to be a part of this big event. I used to think that I hate going to conventions because it’s always crowded and noisy. I used to think that the cosplayers are too many and too chaotic for my sanity but those misconceptions have changed over a period of time. We’ve been attending conventions for quite some time and it has never disappointed us. Sure, there…

SONAMOO

My apologies… This is a late post. This happened on July 15, 2016. This was right after our shift and I was so excited to be going to this place that I impulsively took some pictures even if my phone was about to ran out of batteries. Yep, I wasn’t able to charge my phone at that time. Did I have a powerbank? I think I didn’t. It also sucks because I didn’t bring my camera at that time. I really should make it a point that I bring my camera whenever I go out. It’s going to be useless…

PUCHA E’DI KOMIKS and Brothers Burger

Disclaimer: This is going to be written in my native tongue. I’ve been writing in English since I started blogging here because I want to reach out to my followers who are from foreign countries. However, blogging has become a task to me lately and it sometimes makes me feel lazy to update. So, for this entry.. I’m planning to write in Tagalog.  If you have any questions, don’t be shy to send a comment or ask me on my ASK BOX. Post Anniversary Date At The Hampton Gardens

Last Saturday, June 18, 2016, Ino and I celebrated our post anniversary date at The Hampton Gardens. We were supposed to celebrate at the same place on our 7th year anniversary. However, I got terribly sick on the day of our date so we decided to just postpone it. We left Citihomes around 3:30 PM to 4 PM and arrived in THG at around 4:30 PM. We just dropped our things at Lawrence’s unit and we headed to the swimming pool. We swam for about 30-45 minutes and decided to grab a bite nearby THG. There were a couple of places…

KOREAN FOOD: Kyochon Chicken and Mr. Park’s

Woohoo!!! This is the last entry for my backlog! I’m so glad that I’m finally free from it!! :)) For this post, I will be talking about the ever famous Kyochon Chicken and Mr. Park’s! Both restaurants serve delicious Korean food. Once again, this is not a paid advetisement.  I will start with Mr. Park’s first. (Redundant ba?) I’ve heard about Mr. Park’s from my colleagues, Abba and Cara. They said  that they frequent Mr. Park’s after our shift just to buy some pastries or coffee. They also mentioned that the food is affordable and delicious. They also suggested that we try Mr.…

MAY: Chef Lau’s Pugon Roasters

Ino and I embraced May with drama (just like always!) May is my favorite month aside from October. I dunno what has gotten me. It could be because we’ve been going out week after week and I felt restless or it’s just me. We were scheduled to leave on May 30 for LaborQuezon. Whenever Ino and I go to his hometown, I have this awkward feeling of wanting to go but also wanting to rest. I dunno if it’s because I’m too shy to be around his family or if it’s just really a crazy week and I need to…

World Street Food Congress 2016

Ino and I celebrated our 83rd Monthsarry at the World Street Food Congress 2016 at BGC, Taguig. I am clueless about what the event would be like. First, I thought that the food congress, having the word “World” in the title would suggest that we’d get to eat different kinds of food all over the world. I was excited with the idea that I will be able to try some Korean street foods but lo and behold, there wasn’t any Korean food on that day. Second, I didn’t have any idea on what the congress would be like. I imagined that…

Tapa King

Whenever I feel like I want to have a full meal without spending too much, I usually suggest and request to Ino that we dine in at Tapa King. Tapa King is nearby our apartment and we often go there whenever we crave for a tasty and affordable Filipino food. It has a variety of meals that you can choose from rice meals to snacks to desserts. You can also visit their website for more info. This is not a paid advertisement. I often order the Tapa Flakes because I really like the diced tomatoes and onions that go along with…
